Defective Products:
We will repair or replace defective products within Thirty (30) days of purchase. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply if their conditions are met.
Unopened Packages:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any refundable product, that's in its original package, and accompanied by its original valid sales receipt. Any returns must be done within Thirty (30) days of purchase.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted under the following:
- Any of the packaging is missing or damaged
- The original invoice is not provided
- The product was a "special order" by the customer or agent
- The product was on "clearance", a "sales item", or was sold "as if"
The following products will not be accepted for returns due to health reasons:
- Face Masks
- Soft goods
- Pillows
- Braces
- Foot orthotics
- Ostomy products
- Foot car instruments
- Mattress toppers
- Trusses
- Liquids
- Injectables
- Creams
- Incontinence products
- Dressings
- Stockings
- Cervical collars
- Gloves
- Tapes
- Bath equipment
- Power chairs, scooters, and lift chairs
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@aspenhealthcare.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
