Thank you for shopping at Aspen Healthcare. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following guidelines:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items include:
Opened or used products, special orders, clearance/sale items, personalized goods, soft goods, face masks, pillows, braces, foot orthotics, ostomy products, incontinence products, trusses, liquids, injectables, creams, dressings, stockings, cervical collars, gloves, tapes, bath equipment, power chairs, scooters, and lift chairs.

Defective Products & Merchant Errors

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request details and photos of the issue.

Depending on the case, we will:

  • Replace the item
  • Exchange it
  • Issue a refund

We’ll cover any shipping costs associated with our error.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem. Returns for non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee to help cover handling and processing.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • For large items and/or equipment, customers will be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred by Aspen Healthcare.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, incorrect address, refused delivery, or other delivery issues:

  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
  • We will notify the customer via email or phone when the package is returned.
  • The customer may choose to:
  • Have the package reshipped to a corrected address (additional shipping charges apply), or
  • Request a refund, excluding return shipping and restocking fees.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow time for return inspection and processing before the refund is finalized.
