Coloplast Brava Elastic Barrier Strips XL

The Brava® Elastic Barrier Strips XL is placed over the edges of a baseplate to increase the feeling of security. The larger adhesive design of the Brava® Elastic Barrier Strips XL compared with the original Elastic Tape, covers more of the abdomen and provides additional support by ensuring that the edges of the adhesive do not lift or roll. Even during sports and similar activities, it is designed to provide an increased feeling of security. The Brava® Elastic Barrier Strips XL can be used with all SenSura® Mio baseplates and two pieces of tape may be used depending on the individual need for support. It is part of the Brava® Elastic Tape portfolio developed with new BodyFit Technology®, which provides a tape solution for different body sizes and shapes.

The Brava® Elastic Barrier Strips XL is developed with new BodyFit Technology®. This means greater security, longer wear time by preventing the baseplate edges from rolling, and more freedom of movement as the Brava® Elastic Tapes are 1.5 times more elastic than competitors on the market.

The Brava® Elastic Barrier Strips XL is skin friendly and durable. It is able to absorb moisture, which makes

the baseplate adhesive less prone to detach from the skin. It provides extra security also when being active,

as it both absorbs sweat and moisture and still keeps its elasticity. Therefore it supports longer wear time of

the baseplate by preventing it to lift of the baseplate’s edges.

The larger adhesive design of the Brava® Elastic Barrier Strips XL compared with the original Elastic Tape,

covers more of the abdomen. It provides additional support and security by ensuring that the edges

of the adhesive do not lift or roll. It can be used with all SenSura Mio baseplates

and can also be used together with the original Elastic tape.
